How old can my child be?

We welcome children 3 to 5 years old. Your child must be 3 by our first day of school, September 6th 2022, and fully potty trained. However, we understand that accidents happen, and our team is here to help!

What are drop-off and pickup hours?

You may drop your child off at 8:30AM and pick up at 11:30AM. If your child is staying for the Extended Day Options: Lunch & Learn, pick up will be at 12:30PM and Specials pick up will be at 1:30PM.

What happens if I need to drop off my child late or pick up my child early?

Sure, not a problem! The best way to notify us is via email or text message. While we love handwritten notes and do our best to check folders daily, we want to make sure we see your message, so electronic messages are preferred.

Will an administrator be present throughout the day?

Yes, Elite Early Education has a full-time front desk specialist who will assist during drop off and pick up and will handle communication during business hours.

Who are the teachers?

Our teachers are certified teachers with a strong background in education. They have successfully completed background checks and child abuse clearances. Additionally, they have interviewed with the founders and completed demonstration lessons to ensure the proper fit.

Are there parent teacher conferences?

YES - we have two scheduled conferences throughout the year where you will get one-on-one time with your child's teacher to discuss developmental milestones and academic progress. We encourage proactive communication throughout the year, so no need to wait until the scheduled conference dates; email communication and phone calls are always welcome.

How many kids are in each class?

We will be keeping class sizes small to ensure every student can get as much individualized attention as possible. 12 students will be the max in any one classroom, accompanied by a lead teacher and an assistant teacher.

Will snacks be provided?

Yes, a healthy, nut-free snack and drink will be provided daily! All children will enjoy the same snack together during the whole group snack time. We know that a child's mind and body work best when they're powered up with nutritious food!

What is your allergy policy?

We are a nut-free facility. If your child has an allergy please make us aware at your earliest convenience so we can come up with a safe plan for your child.

What are your COVID protocols?

We are extremely mindful of this concern. As with any sickness, we do ask that you keep your child home until healthy again. If possible, please notify us so we know not to expect your child. Teachers will be cleaning the room at appropriate times throughout the day and the custodial staff will sanitize after hours as well. Thorough hand washing will be taught and will occur after using the bathroom, before eating and at any other necessary times of the day.

How do we pay?

We have broken our pay structure into three installments. You can pay via Venmo, PayPal, cash, check, or credit card. If you are a current family, please see the handbook for more details or feel free to contact us with more specific questions.

Can we follow you on social media?

Absolutely! We are active on facebook and instagram. We also send out an Elite E-News letter monthly and a Teacher E-News weekly in which you will receive information on what your child is learning and upcoming fun projects and activities.
